Nisei Festival @ Lil’ Tokyo
Nothing beats living in L to the A. This weekend, I went to the Nisei Festival in the heart of Little Tokyo, amidst all the ruckus of downtown.
What were the highlights of this event, you ask? The music, food, traditional kimonos, folk dancing performances, cosplay, and JDM cars pretty much summed it up.

beautiful craftsmanship
kimono
oldie but goodie…
traditional dancing
Thanks, Mo, for taking excellent pics as always!

Olvera St.
Haven’t had chicken enchilladas in a while. I was in the neighborhood today, so I grabbed a bite and browsed through Olvera.
It was fairly quiet today, no band playing, except for the serenade of guitars strumming in the background….
– of course I’m going to take a picture of the sign….
– my table with pretty tiles
– food + drink
– SAVE O-St.
– & dolls
